Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

Canada - Free Shipping: 3-7 business days. Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($20 CAD).

United States - Free Shipping: 5-10 business days. Express Shipping: 3-5 business days ($25 CAD).

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by customs. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will help track it down.
